1. Edit insurance details: when eligibility check can’t be performed due to missing details, Toni will guide the user, inside the chat, to edit their insurance details with a dedicated wizard.
2. Insurance Details and Disclaimer: New onboarding steps will prompt users to approve Ecton’s access to insurance information for eligibility checks.
3. In/Out of Network: Toni can now more precisely determine if the provider the user asks about is In or Out of network.
4. Expanded Answers to Provider Data Inquiries: Toni considers the provider's accepted insurance networks, offering even better accuracy for determining in-network or out-of-network status.
5. Onboarded a New Provider - Steel Gynecology 🍾
6. Payments Service Foundations: Initial groundwork laid for the upcoming payments service.
